Okay, so here's my story:
[ ] I've been in Houston for five years now and have met all sorts of great friends; they are the main reason why I decided to stay here. Life is really good, but I keep thinking it could be even better. I'd love to share my time with someone really special.
[ ] As I noted, I'm the type who is a little "shy at first, but warms up quickly." I am always completely honest, although I may be a little quiet at first. In the Ying/Yang style, I am an introvert who balances his personality with a splash of extrovert.
[ ] I like to think of myself as a "renaissance man" and can feel comfortable in most surroundings. I am equally comfortable at the symphony, at an Astros game, or staying at home watching a DVD. A few of my favorites are music, film and theatre, and cooking. I consider myself a good cook, but when it comes to music film and theatre, I am comfortable being part of the admiring audience.

[ ] I have two wonderful dogs, consider myself socially liberal (but perhaps more fiscally conservative), and live near downtown (its always lively and I can drive or bicycle most places quite easily). For work, I tutor high school students which is 100% rewarding, run a freelance graphic design business which lets me be creative, and the rest of the time I take graduate classes at UH. I value intelligence, creativity, openness, and a sense of humor.
