I think the first meeting should be in a quiet spot where we could talk, eat or drink a little something and see if there is a connection. Lady friends have told me they know within fifteen minutes whether or not they want to continue to see a man or not. Or was it fifteen seconds? If there is more than a bit of interest, then the "date" can continue or you can make plans for the next time.

Of course there must be an attraction of some sort. Whether physically or a personality trait. Beauty, after all, is in the eyes of the beholder. I am a touchy-feely type of person and really would like someone who is also like that. Definitely need to have a person who does what they say they are going to do. Must have an opinion. Tells me what is on their mind at the time. Not afraid that I might not agree but knows that we can work it out together. Sees the humor in life and laughs quite readily at it.
