OK, about me...although I feel I know myself pretty well, it's hard to put that into words. But here goes anyway. I like to have a good time, but can be serious when appropriate. I can dress up or dress down. I'm honest (sometimes to a fault) and genuine. I stay active, participating in a variety of sports and exercise. My diet is healthy most of the time (but not all the time - I'm not a fanatic), and in general I take care of myself. I have a big family (both immediate and extended) that I'm close to. I try to emphasize my strengths and improve my weaknesses. I have a great sense of humor and laugh at most everything, including my too-often stupid jokes. I'm a recovering perfectionist. I'm a pretty big sports fan, but it doesn't consume my weekends. I'm intelligent and trustworthy. I'm happy with my life but know I could be much happier with the right person. My ideal woman is attractive, intelligent, fun and energetic. She complements me. We make each other better people. I love being with her and miss her when she's not around. We enjoy a lot of common interests (but not necessarily everything). She likes to be treated like a lady. She can at different times be independent and dependent. She avoids playing games. She is truly caring and compassionate. She keeps me in line but lets me be myself. She's successful by her own definition. She's honest and straightforward. She's looking for me, and I her.

I live in LoDo, so I spend a lot of time downtown. I stay pretty active, and like to work out, ski, run, bike, hike, play basketball, etc. - the typical Colorado guy. I also like movies (at home or in a theater), and family is important to me.
