I think of myself as being a very interesting person to know. My life is rich with many creative outlets, and I look at every day as a chance to further my variety of activities and hobbies. Woodworking and cabinetry is an important interest for me considering I devote much of my leisure time in the shop. Most of the cabinetry in my house was built by myself, and I have a thriving Ebay business selling my work there as well. Music has also become a very satisfying part my life, now that I am playing on weekends with an R&B band. My career affords me much creative power as well. For the past sixteen years I have been in the wine industry as a salesman for an importer/wholesaler. This affords me many travels throughout the U.S. and Europe. My recent adventures have taken me to Italy and France, more specifically Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marches, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, and Napa Valley. I feel a strong connection to the European lifestyle, the cuisine and wines of course. I spend quite alot of time in the persuit of a higher knowledge of fine cuisine, particularly that of Italy. My cooking skills have become quite strong over the years and I feel there is little that is beyond my capability in any direction.
